Platform access - doesn't work
I have set up an account. All worked, KYC went through.
When trying to setuo the 2FA, i do not get the SMS code. I verified with my carriers tech support that i do not recieve the code as well, its not blocked, it doesnt even come.
Trying to call the toll-free IBKR suppoelrt number for Europe - doesnt work. Checked with my carrier as well, they say the number does not work in any of our countries netoworks - they dont know why.
When I try to submit a ticket, they say I have to setup 2FA first. So I am stuck in a loop here - I cant even reach out to their support so I could get help.
Anyone has any idea what to do?
