Does anyone know of any macro pads (or anything similar) that come with pre installed, non customizable buttons and NO onboard memory?

Any recommendations would be great, thank you!

How long have some of you guys had your phones without any major issues?

I'm coming up on 2 years for my Razr Plus 2024, and it's still working more than fine, just wear and tear. (I've never used a case for my phone)
