We feel like we have no structure and don’t know what to do
We are a large system so communication and individual wants are difficult
But our current host (Zen) is almost always the alter out if we aren’t blurry or a little is out
Even if we say that we’ll work on structure so he isn’t the only one out, that only lasts a few days to weeks at most
We don’t know what to do to change this so that he isn’t out several hours a day
Does anybody have any advice?

Hi! We are in the process of getting everything done to start a job as a teachers aide (we’ve been trying to get out of food and beverage jobs and a local school really like us!)
We were a TA when we were 16-17 in high school as an elective but we didn’t know about our system at the time
Our current job is very monotonous and simple that we can do it blurry and most of us don’t care enough to figure out who we are during this job (until recently when we found our internal work team)
We’re curious if anybody here has any tips, suggestions, or things that you think would help us or that we should overall know/keep in mind! Thank you
