Hello! My name is AJ and I am currently leasing a 3 bed 2 full bath apartment in Bushwick/ Williamsburg right off of the Grand St L station. I’m not at the apartment rn as I’m visiting family back home but I have linked the street easy listing so you can see the interior! We have a washer/ dryer in unit as well as a beautiful backyard and shed for storage/woodwork. Freshly renovated as well before we signed the first lease. Looking for 1 roommate for sure but potentially 2 depending on my current roommates situation (works a startup which is not very sustainable lol).
Looking for someone with a consistent job that can financially hold this lease down for a year and potentially longer. Rent is $5,500 a month but split three ways it’s about $1,833. My only thing is being cleanly as I like my apartment and common spaces to be clean (ie bathrooms, kitchen, living room etc). Other than that, I don’t really mind smoking or staying up late as I do the same. Please see below for more details about me:
I’m a 22 year old male originally from FL and I work at EY within the city. I work from home 3-4 times a week but don’t need to stress about being quiet or bothersome as I will be in my room. I like to be clean, to smoke, to workout and to go out socially. Would love to live with similar people but anyone is welcome as we accept all at 82 Bushwick.
