I’ve played on a lot of casinos over the years. I’m not new to bonuses, wagering requirements, or withdrawal reviews.
What happened here genuinely shocked me.
I finished my bonus. Not “I think I did”… their own system literally congratulated me for completing it and confirmed the remaining balance had been transferred to my real-money balance.
To be safe, I contacted Finance before withdrawing.
They replied that my account was verified and that I was welcome to request a withdrawal.
So I did.
I requested €1,650.
It went into “In Progress.”
Then everything changed.
A few days later, my winnings were confiscated for alleged “bonus hunting” and a “max bet violation.”
I wasn’t just told “no.”
I repeatedly asked them one simple thing:
Show me exactly what I supposedly did wrong.
Which game?
Which spin?
Which bet?
Which timestamp?
Which gameplay log?
Nothing.
Not one specific example.
Just the same allegation repeated over and over.
That’s the part that bothers me the most.
If you’re going to confiscate someone’s winnings, at least show them the transaction you’re relying on.
I’ve saved every email, every screenshot, every withdrawal record, and every timestamp. I even put together a complete evidence dossier and submitted it to the licensing authority for an independent review.
I’m not asking Reddit to decide who’s right.
I’m simply sharing my experience so other players know to keep records of everything if they choose to play there.
