Porcupines in Florida?
TLDR: if you have seen porcupines in Florida please comment below, pictures would be cool but definitely not necessary.
Back in 2004, I specifically recall two porcupines who live in or near Cambridge elementary school.
However, I looked at the map for where NA Porcupines live and they don’t live in Florida. So I’m very confused as to why I can recall several times seeing them at that location when I was a child. Checked Wikipedia and they don’t live there.
Have any of you seen porcupines in or around where you live if so, how often. According to everything I’ve seen they don’t have any record of them living there within recent history. According to Wikipedia they don’t exist there… anyway I figured I would ask if anyone else has knowledge of porcupines in Florida.
