Most of you seem to have a far better memory of the first two seasons than I do. Were Maddy and Rue ever close?? I know they were often in close proximity of each other due to them being best friends with sisters, but what was their dynamic like? They were not in the same grade right? Lexi and Rue were older than Cassie and Maddy? The reason I ask is because they seem to be close this season and I don't know if this is a new thing or I missed something.
