Lesbians of the world, teach me something about your local lesbian community!!

Anything, really. Terms, slang, pop culture moments, lesbian icons from your country, I'm super interested to learn!

So I'm Belgian and speak Dutch, and 'pot' is a slangword for lesbian. It's a slur, but it has a much softer origin than f.e. the d-slur, so I lowkey love it because it's. just. so. punny! Pot in (Belgian) Dutch, has the exact same meaning as pot in English, but we also use it for jars and in some contexts buckets, haha. The GC with my pansexual friend is called, "the pot and the pan", in a discord about foraging I got nicknamed "flowerpot", my lesbian friend who does 🍃 got nicknamed 'pot pot', the list goes on hahaha.

There's ofc, way more to our local lesbian community but I gotta spread the word of pot, cause I genuinely find it one of the best slang words ever HAHA Well. As long as we use it, if a random straight person would call me that in a not-so friendly way, I'd toss my shoe at their head prolly, hahah
