What should I try next?

I have too many perfumes already BUTTTT looking for some non-gourmand (or at least less obvious gourmands) as I have a lot of those. Tend to lean towards citrus and vanilla for those but I feel pretty satisfied on that front…

My top favorite non-gourmand perfumes are:

Flowerbomb (prob my all time fave)
Prada - Infusion d’Iris
Balmain - Destin

Like patchouli but actively dislike Angel.

No budget!

House not selling—already dropped price twice.

Hi,

In NJ. Our house is not selling and we have been trying to sell it for 2 months. We’re in a fairly homogeneous HOA neighborhood with similar home builds all build around the same time in the early 2000s. Our home has dropped 25k twice, and is already far below the lowest comp in our neighborhood despite being the largest model in the community. Almost 0 interest. We had one offer fall through for mysterious reasons—they didn’t make it clear why at first. They offered above initial asking, pulled out in attorney review with no feedback, and now they’re saying that they’re actually now looking in the price range of 300k less than our homes listing. I know people can be blind to home condition but the home truly is beautiful and everyone we know is shocked that it’s sitting. Our agent is also puzzled and has consulted with her group trying to figure out what’s going on and no one really understands.

I’m also a bit worried that an agent that kind of “owns” the neighborhood may be steering people away from our home because we aren’t using her to list. She was the listing agent when we bought house but we used a different realtor that is more familiar with the neighborhood we were buying in. Does this happen? She did show up angrily at our first open house. Her homes have had no problem selling in the same community.

Biggest feedback is that our basement is unfinished and that the yard is small. But we haven’t had many showings regardless and our open houses have almost no foot traffic. The pictures are professionally done and really nice. I’m really not sure what to here.
