Barely used, less than a year old, and very disappearing

I've never put much force on the screwdriver, or used it all that much, but apparently the light amount I have used it was enough to cause it to slip.

Also, I do realize that it says "disappearing" instead of "disappointing." I can't remember if I dictated the title or typed something wrong, but either way, I don't think I can edit it at this point.

Baldhead Island tipping question.

I haven't been to Bald Head Island since I was a little kid. However, my sister, her husband, my wife, and four children, will be staying there it two week. To my understanding, you show up and have your bags taken ? I know it is kind of a fancier place which is not normally in my budget. However, as we came here as kids, my sister really wants to go here, but I also don't want to be unnecessarily cheap, even if in reality I met a necessity and probably should be. also, presumably it depends on how much stuff you bring as well as how much work they have to do. I don't recall from when I was a kid whether they brought it to the threshold or just stopped and let you grab your stuff out of the back. So I guess there may be some variability, but either way any advice and guidance will be greatly appreciated.

tldr: What ranged in acceptable / expected for tipping to people who handle your luggage and deliver you to your house at Baldhead Island?
