Changing Water Pump Seal

Hi team, currently need to change my water pump seal but nothing much on YouTube.

Would I have to remove the whole casing engine or just the little propeller??

Coolant leaking

2022 CF MOTO 300ss, does anyone know if this is little nipple is supposed to be capped off?? Bike has been sitting for the past 2 days and is my daily to work. If anyone knows the part # please share, thank you.
