I have been struggling to replicate the iconic kaiser roll for BEC/SEC sandwiches. My rolls come out too dense and not fluffy at all. I've followed multiple recipes, and I just can't seem to get it right.

Are there any bakers here who can provide a recipe or secret?

Context, I don't live on LI anymore, but I was born and raised there, and I miss Sterlington Deli with all my heart 💔
