Unsolved mysteries… if the video footage is only on the server for 30 days how exactly does all of this occur for years after the fact?

Okay so I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt until I cannot reasonably do so but the more I look at this search scenario the less confidence I have in anyone who was at the scene.. I have always assumed either Berkowitz, Detective Albert, or some unnamed Canton or MSP member transported the initial evidence and that maybe most of them were none the wiser… but I was scrutinizing these photos from one of the recent FOIA releases and looking at the information about the search and it’s kind of absurd even at face value.

You’ve got two separate searches that occur in the daylight, one where we see a video and they get down to the grass nearly from where John is found to the curb, and zero bright red tail light.

Okay cool, the MSP who was first contacted at 6:38am mind you, first responds to Canton PD then the hospital, then JEN MCCABE’S house, and mid-afternoon Proctor is heading to see Karen, and has already requested towing for her vehicle to meet him there based on Brian Albert and Jen’s statements alone, his supervisor sends a callout for a special search but inexplicably drags his feet on officially authorizing the team to head towards the location or gives the street address until it’s nearly dark.. more is snow is falling by the minute and since canton pd has an appearance of conflict you decide to tow the car to their garage obviously?

7-8 troopers dig their way out in a blizzard, claim to have done a meticulous grid search of 60ft of the yard and roadway that was covered by 2 feet of snow - starting from mid yard aligned with the front door which begins “when all members were on scene” at 5:41pm towards the flagpole.

They found the first piece down by the flag pole and then the shoe which should have been uncovered first based on the story they told us about how the search was conducted and both of those items were located in under 10mins? At night? Under multiple feet of snow?

Is it just coincidence that Canton PD dug out a portion of the berm and that portion seems to be where the shoe was later found? After 8 troopers dug out and journeyed over an hour in 8 cars you all were satisfied with the search effort a little over 30 minutes later? They called it at 6:15pm. A search for evidence regarding a fallen brother in blue?

Does not pass the smell test and then the search leader openly admits at least 4 maybe 5 plains clothes cops were there, he does not recognize them they are not there to search and nobody can tell us who they were. There was never a perimeter taped off zero scene integrity, they had 8-9 cars all over the sides of the road.. I mean this is utterly ridiculous to me, is this normal anywhere else? Let’s say the plastic really was there before they seized the car (I would bet that’s not how it was but just hypothetically) how could any of this evidence be deemed credible? Or is this just typical in Massachusetts / Norfolk County? Sorry for the novella.

It’s interesting to me how closely they were watching YouTubers, enough that they paid to have several hours long episodes professionally transcribed. Some guy convicted of a homicide wrote Brennan a letter saying Yanetti framed him lol.. I went ahead and included that guys appeal too.
**Spoiler alert Yanetti did nothing of the sort.

We got the canton PD police report about the lank scuffle so I went and pulled some court documents on the civil suit that I found interesting it has quotes and pieces of the depositions from the Lopilato brothers, I’ve had the HBO transcripts of body in the snow but if anyone wants the Boston Magazine Ted Daniel’s transcripts I’ll throw them in there.

Some of the dash cam footage produced actually has audio, and I loaded it into a program that allows me to view the audio waveform just to see if there was anything else that jumped out at me, and there’s a few spots where you can hear talking.
But this one spot is interesting to me.. it looks like Kerry is on the phone and she walks towards the cruiser and when she’d be by the side window you can actually hear her talking a little bit and the phone beeping as the call ends. I have done nothing to this video except clip the spot out and zoom in so far.

Question, before I try to isolate and clean the static out by hand does anyone else hear say “house fight” ? She starts talking 10-11 seconds in. I swear it sounds like she said “he was in a house fight” twice to whoever is on the phone. If no one else hears that I might not undertake the task, it’s tedious work so asking for a second opinion or if someone has already done this, what did they find.

A lot of these are from the previous few weeks worth of dumps, not from today - I just like to parse everything out and organize it before uploading, and for every 3 pages of interesting material there’s 20 pages that are not worth reading.

I ran across this in the middle of a sidebar about the inverted video and one thing I’ve found with Lally is he tells us exactly where the problems lie if you pay attention. The ADA and the MSP had his full phone extraction after the federal grand jury and signed NDAs about it. The collusion must be between canton PD and proctor but why was he allowed to hide his friendship with Kevin Albert and only led to admit knowing Chris Julie and Colin..
I mean none of the things necessary to frame Karen are much of a stretch, especially considering the Birchmore misconduct a year prior.. and why would they hide how horrible the officers were and let them testify in trial 1? It’s all just so disheartening
