I have a few sparse things added to my drive this week, basically it’s all pictures from the defense with no context but yeah they’re in there as well as the full hour of dash cam side by side the defense put together from that morning.

The first two photos are Jen’s second interview with MSP Trooper Prince on Feb 1st, the third photo is her initial interview with Trooper Proctor the day of the incident.

Jen didn’t turn over her phone until a day or two after the second interview with Trooper Prince.
I find the details that Jen added in the second interview and the changes to some of the narrative between the two very curious.

I’ve actually highlighted the things that are borderline suspicious to me, but let me be clear everything I’m about to say is pure speculation and my opinion alone.

1-Jen makes a point to mention maybe accidentally calling John’s phone once while she was texting because her phone shows a call, she doesn’t mention calling him 7 times though - just once. Why bring it up at all? Why bring it up then deny it on the stand? Why delete those calls? This feels like trying to cover your bases in case they retrieve the deleted calls from your phone once you turn it over.

2-Jen doesn’t mention driving Sarah and Julie home until interview number 2, in both interviews she gives vague times for leaving 34 Fairview and arriving home that are shifted earlier than reality but uses Life360 to give times from the next morning that are accurate to the minute. That’s weird, and it’s a fairly important detail in my opinion to be so vague about considering it’s the time of the crime.

3-Jen feels the need to bring up calling Julie and Tom Beatty specifically looking for John even though neither answered the phone, and John wouldn’t have been either place staying the night so that’s weird to bring up on your own imo. Again, it seems like she knows she’s going to have turn her phone over and these are pre-explanations for things that shouldn’t matter if they’re innocent and it sticks out that you’re making a point of bringing it up.

4-Jen literally tells this story about the our father prayer and being asked two times to google “how long do you have to be in the cold to die of hypothermia” - again if we’re to believe Ian Whiffin neither search ever loaded on the screen so why do you need to tell the troopers that ? The specificity is suspicious to me, it’s like she knows the searches will be a problem if they recover them…

5-in proctor’s interview Jen watches the SUV pull away and she told Karen to come to her house and in Prince’s interview Karen just shows up at her house randomly while they’re on the phone.
Saying she watched the SUV leave makes the backing maneuver theory impossible and I wonder if Jen wanted to make it sound more like she got dragged out of her house to look for John and less like she inserted herself.

There’s more but those are the main things that stick out glaringly to me.

Thoughts on this ??

The cell exhibits are in the audio video files folder and I’ve uploaded the simulations near the time of the incident that are visually readable, there were more files from subsequent days and zoomed out so far I couldn’t read etc. didn’t include those.

I’ve been going through these invoices again, and they are very interesting to me in terms of what they did and didn’t do regarding this “engineering analysis” and I keep finding contradictory information with the testimony.

The defense was simply asking to cross Dr. Welcher on any information he considered or adopted from Trooper Paul’s analysis and the defense was prohibited from asking about the key cycles or anything else, why?

I’d assume if the analysis was scientific then Dr. Welcher could easily explain it, why block them from asking when it’s clear they considered it.

I’ve gotten a few done today, it amazes me how I still can find documents I’ve never seen before. Sean Goode IA email has all the individual complaints that have been made against him over the years and his narrative about Proctor informing him about the chats being recovered between them lol it’s not the official IA report.

I don’t have them up yet but I am working on parsing out more emails, and the documents attached to said emails.

This next batch will def have Tullys RTT data presentation maps, the tower dump requests, and communication between the medical examiner’s office and proctor about the manner of death ruling. There’s some semi interesting things between Proctor and Trooper Paul about the scene documentation, it sounded like he was worried that she would rule the manner as an accidental death.

I haven’t looked at any of them yet but all emails between Brian Higgins and members of Canton PD.

For now here’s an OCME email that’s kind of funny because the ME was unmoved by any of the evidence Proctor provided. This was one of many requests sent to Proctor by Doctor ISB.

It’s that time again friends, it should all be finished uploading now. Of particular interest to me was the crime lab conversation log with the DAs office over the whole life of the case and the glass on the bumper doesn’t match the cup full file of that part. Not sure what the Waze report by Whiffen was generated for but it directly contradicts Hanks opening and closing statement.

I was going through the aperture invoices through trial and I hadn’t seen this before, I guess he came back to do a rebuttal and just didn’t get on the stand?? lol

I randomly think back to how this “professional” ended his slide presentation and it irks me lol
He was dedicated to this sentiment at least, ignoring the totality of the evidence that contradicted his theory.

So, anyway this picture of him with the crash dummy cracks me up if you haven’t seen it.
