Hello! I just went to Pattaya for a couple days for family and a guy approached me. He seemed friendly but mentioned I had belly fat and I should try a certain coffee in 7/11. I moved on and then heard the same script from someone else later. I'm just confused? Like I know they are trying to sell something to me but would it actually be in 7/11? What's the end goal? Just weird behaviour
