Looking to make a few purchases and / or transfer stuff in. With all the ATF changes and general ridiculousness that comes with residing in NYS/NYC, I'm looking for some points of contact to run ideas by. I know of Tilem and Associates, but looking for any advice from the braintrust should they not have the bandwidth when I call in the coming days.

Disclaimer: obviously not looking for any pro bono assistance and don't have any issues compensating people more knowledgeable than I.
