Developed plantar fasciitis type pain after switching from Vivobarefoot Primus Lite 3.5 to Primus Lite 4

I used my Primus lite 3.5 shoes for about a year. My first minimalist shoe. After a few months of acclimating to the shoe, I was very comfortable in them. I was running 1-2 days a week (about 4ish miles a week) on and off for several months. I loved my pair. I "upgraded" due to some holes that developed early on, probably because my toes were too close to the end of the shoe (holes were on both shoes at the very tip).

I bought the Primus Lite 4. My 3.5 pair's size was Men's 10 (EU43), and I went up to Men's 11 for the Lite 4 pair, and overall it's a better fit, but the shoes are way tighter around my ankle. It wasn't so tight that it was very uncomfortable, but it was noticeable.

For the past few weeks I've been running about 4-6 miles a week in 2-3 sessions. On my first run (last thursday) in the Primus Lite 4, I ran 3.1 miles and PR'd my 5k. I went hard, but it felt good. The day after, I had plantar fasciitis type pain in my left foot--pain in the morning, goes away sometimes, then it comes back. Pain when going on my toes or when I put weight on it. I rested on Friday and walked a lot yesterday in the new pair (something like 7ish miles). Today, the pain was bad in the morning, but fine later on.

I had some pain like this when I was getting acclimated to my 3.5's, but it was always in my right foot. Why is this happening with my new pair? Shouldn't my feet be accustomed to the minimalist feel? Is it something to do with the Primus Lite 4 shoes themselves, or am I expected to break in the new pair?

Both of these models are the for road running. I ran on treadmills, on paved asphalt, and on rocky gravel trails with the 3.5's, and I had no pain for the past 5 months. Suddenly, on my first run with the 4's (on that same gravel road), I have pain.

What should I do? How long should I rest? Should I return my pair or should I "break it in." I think the 4's fit me better, but the ankle constriction is certainly less comfortable when compared to the 3.5's.

Statics relating to birth, mortality, and women in Iron Age Britain (800 BCE - 43 CE)

Looking for some information on the conditions of people living in Iron Age Britain. If these statistics are not available for Britain specifically, feel free to mention statistics about people living near Britain or people who lived under similar conditions.

What was: The infant mortality rate (child dying in the first year)? The child mortality rate (child dying before 15 years old)? The total fertility rate (how many children does the average woman give birth to)? The average age at which a woman first became pregnant? The maternal mortality rate?

Additionally, did the concept of marriage exist? Was polygamy or polyandry mentioned? Were there concepts or laws relating to infidelity?

Statistics relating to birth and mortality in Iron Age Eurasia

Looking for a broad generalization, here, for people living in Iron Age conditions across Eurasia. What was: The infant mortality rate (child dying in the first year)? The child mortality rate (child dying before 15 years old)? The total fertility rate of a woman (how many children does an average woman birth)? The average age at which a woman first became pregnant?

Additionally, it would be interesting to see how common polygamy, polyandry, or other relationship situations were in comparison to monogamy. How was marriage facilitated in the average iron age society? Were their concepts and laws relating to infidelity?

There is a wild party scene in the beginning of Damien Chazelle's Babylon. Were parties in Hollywood in the 1920s really like that?

Drugs, sex, ludicrous stunts, homosexuality, and death abound in that beginning party scene. Were the parties in early Hollywood actually that wild? What about in other parts of the world around that time (late 19th century early 20th century)?
