Trying to get a head speed mp 2026 and this are the specs I’m looking for around 320-325 swing weight but most shops don’t allow to remove the cardboard insert and plastic and string will this spec racket be around 320-325 when removed cardboard and string?

Is my head speed mp 2025 legend specs the reason I may have inner arm pain

Used to use a pure aero 100 2023 and switched to speed mp after demoing and liked it but developed arm pain

Honestly I have no clue as they both feel quite similar.Ive been using G2 for the longest time and recently got a G3 and decided to try it and honestly they both feel pretty similar but I’m not sure which one fits me better

The Wilson ultra is G2 and the babolat pure aero is G3

l've seen tennis matches and all the pros after hitting move mini jumps left right left right on they're foot and once the opponent hits they split step I want to learn how to be able to do those Rythm steps and split steps to improve my footwork and tips or tricks? On the Rythm of the left right left right which I never seem to get

And what’s the motion of mini jumping left right left right called?

I’ve been playing with the Babolat Pure Aero 100 for a long time with zero issues, but ever since I switched to the Head Speed Legend 2025, I’ve developed persistent arm pain. Now, no matter what racket I use, the pain is always there during play, after play, and even during normal daily activities.
I’ve noticed a few very specific triggers:

Stretching: When I do a forearm stretch (using one arm to push the other hand down), the pain radiates during the motion and is more intense the exact moment I release the stretch.

Grip Release: If I’m lifting something, like a bicep curl, the pain flares up specifically more pain when I’m putting the weight down and releasing my grip.

Failed Rest: I stopped playing completely for 3–4 weeks and it felt better, but the moment I stepped back on the court, the pain returned immediately.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of radiating pain that seems to peak specifically when releasing tension or letting go of a grip? If you’ve had similar issues, how did you actually solve it?

Was using the pure aero 2023 100sq inch from 2024-2026 and this year I switched to my head speed mp 2025 legend and I’ve developed severe pain in my inner elbow and I’m thinking it may be from the high swingweight
