With servers shut down did I lose my armor?

In the lobby I only see the default armor. Does my custom armor still appear in the campaign/firefight?

Am I missing anything?

The pokemon I've collected for champions. I think it's finally time for team building. But, is there anything glaringly obvious that I've missed that might be useful?
