EA Account Banned, but no penalties in Penalty History. EA game dissappeared from Library.
I bought Fifa 16 from Instant games 12 years ago. I redeemed it on one of my 12 years ago. I logged in today. but it says account is banned. Even though there are no penalties in the penalty history. I also can not see the Fifa 16 in my library.
Can someone Kindly Help me out?
