Zygarde is my favorite legendary, so I really want to use it, but so far it hasn't done much. Any recommendations for how to use it and advice on movesets, natures, and items?

I'm trying to get a gengar in my most recent playthrough and I was wondering how to get it to evolve. With other games I've been using pkhex (2nd photo) to get trade evos but I can't do it with a save state, and i'm already pretty far into this run to start all over. Any advice or ideas to get gengar?
