F29 - I am having these extreme acnes once a year since last 2 years. For context, I never had acnes in my teenage years and generally had clear skin. Usually after taking meds from dermatologist it usually goes in 2-3 months. But this time its been 3 months and they are only just faded a bit but new tiny acne flares up. I have also gained weight in last one year (around 7kgs) but now going to gym and eating clean (sometimes order food at night due to work schedule)

Can anyone please tell me why this is happening- is this hormonal or cystic or inflammation- i just want to get rid of these 😭
