Any advice on dealing with the nausea?

So idk if I have GERD or silent reflux, definitely something of that sort but I have been feeling so fricken nauseous. It is like 2/3/4 times a week it seems. I have a fear of throwing up so it doesn’t seem to help. I have never thrown up because of it but I have had a lot of regurgitation. I’ve also noticed feel better after burping something for like a split second. Any advice on dealing with the nausea specifically? Please no FODMAP recommendations or sleeping on incline, I’ve been dealing with this for 2 years, thank you!

Any good head massages that don’t involve water ?

Just as the title states, are there any good head massages that don’t clean your hair as well? Preferably in the north side of Chicago, like Evanston? Don’t wanna drive/commute far lol

I’ve been on Pantoprazole for almost a year now and I am still struggling heavily. I’ve done the diet change and everything. But I think I have another ulcer as I’m cry in bed in pain from it. My issue is I don’t have one of the classic symptoms of gerd which is burning. I also don’t have hployri , they check twice. And antacids like tums doesn’t seem to help. I feel like gerd is not truly what I have, or at least not the full picture. Cause for the past 2 years I have not been able to stop burping. It can be up to 70-100 times a day of painful, forceful burping. Idk Im just so tired of this stomach. I want it to be back to normal.

Hello, I’ve been on the pill for almost 5 months now, and twice during my break week I’ve been having strong mood swings and some hot flashes. Note before starting bc I had no mood swings, I thought it was a myth, lol. But other than that, the bc has been amazing, my periods are 2-3 days shorter and less painful. I’m also going to stop taking break weeks soon, maybe in a month or so. I just needed to vent and ask if this is normal as I started bawling over the fact my lovely gf undercooked the pasta 😭
