2FA on withdrawals/transfers

I think it is really important for financial apps to have more robust security options in the face of increasing AI-enhanced attacks. Right now the only option for a 2 factor authentication app is to turn it on for the whole 'app.' (It is also unclear if that enables it for desktop web browser /all other access based on the language in the app).
Currently a second confirmation is already requested with new IP addresses (by tapping something in the app which doesn't work for me, won't pop-up, or a text message). That's good, but 2FA needs an option to be toggled on for withdrawal / transfers only (or other important transactions).
For apps that require an app 2FA, I just don't use them frequently because it is a significant barrier (ie checking balances, making a v small trade on the go). I want to be able to view my account quickly, but also want the extra security for the highest risk financial acitivities.

This is a common feature in crypto platforms/wallets where fraud has less recourse and people are more security-aware. And on some more robust security tradfi (for instance, my bank of america transfers and withdrawals).

Hopefully someone on the tech team can pick that up. Love fidelity's platform otherwise, just time to catch up on this.
