Hey ya’ll! The thing every poler has nightmares about happened to me yesterday. Luckily, it was the absolute best case scenario. It happened while I was just doing some little spinny tricks right off the floor and when we both (the pole and I) fell, we only hit walls and I still had ahold of the pole so I was able to gently lower it to the ground. I’m not even bruised or anything from this event!

I had checked the pole before starting but only a little bit. I should have done a more thorough check, especially with the seasons changing.

My question is this: is there anything I need to do to make sure the pole wasn’t damaged or anything before I put it back up?
