Multiple individuals involved; calling from a private number and citing your name, address, etc. stating that they're from the buncombe county sheriff's office that you've had a failure to appear resulting in fines that can be settled now (in person). Please don't take the bait. If you get a call, please put on mute and call the actual sheriff's office or APD from another line to meet these jokers on your behalf. So tired of these POS' taking advantage of vulnerable people.
