First time getting results I actually like with NegPy. I'm amazed how well it works now.

First time getting results I actually like with NegPy. I'm amazed how well it works now.
Developed 2 rolls of Vision3 250D in ECN-2, in the same tank, rotating the reels for agitation. No inversions, 3:45m to compensate. Chems at 39-40°C. Tank submerged in 42°C water.
It's a point and shoot, Minolta Capios 25, with a leaf shutter, so I ruled out the shutter.
At first I thought I had too little water, so maybe the tank got cold. But after seeing the negatives, I notice this happened in both rolls, and the color spot is changing sides within the roll.
All I can think now is x-ray damage, but I got my film hand checked in every airport.
What else could have happened here? This were the last 2 rolls of 7 I have processed this week.
