ISO 1-2BR in Manhattan for $4-5k | South of 30th & North of Houston preferred
My girlfriend and I currently live in Hoboken and are looking for a 1-2 BR (larger 1 bedroom preferred) In Manhattan with a budget of $5k. Our current lease ends halfway through July so we are hoping to move sometime around/after July 1st.
Ideally we would be somewhere south of 30th St and North of Houston.
We’ve been looking at street easy and see that there are some options available, just thought this post was worth a long shot in case someone has a lease takeover or an off market opportunity.
