I bought a Wii U from Japan a couple of weeks ago through Buyee. However, the seller forgot to wipe their data, and I locked myself out by tampering with the settings. No password or Parental Controls PIN was provided. I contacted Nintendo to get me an inquiry number as I cannot obtain that myself, but that was unsuccessful. I cannot find any other solution other than brute forcing the PIN until I get the right combination. if you guys can help me in any way that you can, then that would be great.

The AC adapter has some exposed wiring, but I still cannot believe I found this.
