In desperate need of help if im able to get any here. Trouble with EBay and USPS, insufficient address

My girlfriend bought me a set of tabloid posters through eBay forgetting to put in my apartment’s unit number, eBay and USPS said the address was insufficient and I wasn’t able to call until today (the morning after it would’ve arrived). Looking into the tracking number I found that the package had been sent to a distribution center out of state, I called multiple times to change the address and every time I put in my tracking number it just told me it was in distribution and that it would arrive soon (to the original sender). I finally got ahold of costumer service and this dude who I could barely understand anyway told me I would need to pay a small fee to change the address?? We weren’t even aware of the mistake until yesterday, (which i understand is nothing USPS or eBay can control.) Should I contact the eBay seller? Should I have my lover call usps and explain it to them?? I really wanted to put these up, I’ll be out of town for a month and want to get this taken care of as soon as possible. If anyone knows what I should do please let me know

Hi, I have an extremely rare and (in my opinion) sentimentally valuable unreleased rockabilly demo from some time in the 1950s. The last time i played it’s gospel flipside for myself which was weeks ago, these two small pieces chipped off and have been in the sleeve untouched with the record since. These are the only two pieces missing on either side that go into the grooves. is there any way I can “glue” them on to the record precisely enough so that I can clean it up and make a full transfer? I desperately want this one archived, I consider it a peice of Rock & Roll history and it deserves to be preserved for future generations. On this topic how would I clean it safely? Everyone gives me a different answer
