I have a situation where a security guard/doorman at my condo unit for a very large complex(200-300) who steals packages but returns then if contronted. Twice, it was weeks/months later with my packages. He takes them to a secret locked break room and doesn't inform you he did so and then claims you broke some arbitrary rule when confronted that neither the building or Property Management claims to recognize. ​​​

If you didn't figure out it was hin I presume he just takes them home but he has a legal excuse that he was punishing You by hiding your mail in locked secret rooms instead of placing with the other packages​​​​​​​.

The most recent third time on video. He took my non-USPS delivery to a secret room, removed itens, and I had to go to head of security who found it open with missing items. Was told twice he'd be fired but it never happened. My HOA has a board member who loves the guy so he's not getting removed. ​

I really am scared for the rest of my future mail since he seems to like messing with it.

I know I’m going to sound like every other bad customer lol but I promise I’ve done nothing except have 3-5 packages to pickup a day on average for my small business. (They typically fit in the carrier’s bag).

The whole year and a half I’ve had this carrier, they’ve ignored me. I’ll say hi or try and make small talk and they pretend I don’t exist. When I get packages delivered, they throw them on the ground exposed to the elements even if they’d fit in my box or there’s an empty plastic tub there next to it.

Last week, I went to get one stack of free shipping boxes delivered and it was pouring so I went to my door to grab them from said carrier and they made eye contact and threw them on the ground in the rain next to me.

Now they’ve started just manually writing “hold” on my mail. I filed a complaint online and the local PO called me and said no one likes that carrier and luckily they’ll be changing routes soon, and be “someone else’s problem”, and that they’d talk to the carrier because they said “they can’t be doing that”.

However, since I don’t think it’s like a formal hold in the system, and they’re literally just writing “hold” on stuff, is there anyway to get my mail in the meantime? Or do I just have to wait for them to switch routes? I guess since they’re getting scanned as “out for delivery” but never delivered, the carrier might be taking my packages / mail out with them for the day? So would I even be able to pick them up at the office? I haven’t been able to get to there anyway because I don’t currently have transportation. Have you ever encountered something like this?

Around 7am this morning, I got a notification that I had two packages out for delivery. At 3pm, a mail truck came up my driveway, sat there for a minute, and then left. One package was marked as delivered in mailbox, I checked and it was there. The others status did not change. My driveway is a really long and rocky and uphill narrow dirt driveway, so many trucks like amazon, fedex, etc dont even bother coming up it. We have a large box at the end of the driveway for packages to be left because of this, so I checked that as well, it was not there either. I checked everywhere around the front of the house, no package was left. I don't understand why she came up the driveway just to do nothing and then leave. But whatever, I assumed the other package would just be dropped off another day since the delivery status didnt change. But then, the status suddenly changes at 7:30pm and suddenly it says "Individual Picked Up At Postal Facility." I have not left my house today so I obviously did not pick it up. What is USPS even on rn?

40 boxes of love for soldiers serving in harms way, got to Chicago International, and customs rejected most of them. 25 returned so far ( mailing date was 9/1 by 10/1 we. had 15 back, an additional 10 since) the sticker says ” returned for export compliance” with “other” box checked, but not explanation as to what was non compliant.

we have been sending packages for nearly 20 years and changes since January have increased our frustration. we identify content, use harmonization codes, weigh each box, adhere to host country rules etc. Identically labeled packages were sucessfully delivered in May, June, July, and August.

cannot find a Customs contact, the label referenced website does not help, and the USPS is not responding to our information requests or the refund of postage request.

HELP!

I accidentally dropped off speed x packages to usps and tried to go back to get them but they were gone. USPS said that it’ll either be delivered or sent back to me but I’m worried on how long that’ll take because it’s for vinted. Has anyone had this issue and if so how long did it take. I was worried they would discard them but according to USPS they’re not allowed to. Please help!!! I know it was my fault for dropping them off but I was super busy that day and messed up 💔 also wanna add that the employee said they occasionally drop them off to speed x facilities, does anyone know if that’s true?
