I know it’s pretty unpopular at this point, but I did it twice a week for about 5 years and about once every 7-10 days for the last year and a half.

The banner in my newsfeed has been gone for like a month, and the Thursday (formerly Friday, pre-early 2026) and Sunday 10% price drops (on items over $10) no longer result in discounted $4.99 for me.

I’m so curious what they’re considering changing it to, or if they’ll just make it so everyone still has access but less often?

And I wanna know how they decide who still has access rn lol cause I want it.

Hey all, my husband used to wake me up, hand me my pill, and a fresh water and I’d take it without opening my eyes, and then go back to bed. We had a conversation about how he’s been going above and beyond for me and can’t keep doing that / how I need to be more independent, so I’m soliciting suggestions.

If I open my eyes to take it, and grab everything myself I’m awake for 30-45 minutes and I really need to sleep for an extra 60-90 after taking it. (I’ve been taking 30-60 minutes to fall asleep every night).

It’s that like keeping my eyes closed that really helps me stay asleep. I probably need some gadget but I looked for awhile and couldn’t find anything.

Also accepting helpful solutions for what to do for a small amount of water, I currently can come up with just drinking the water I bring in overnight but it makes my throat slightly itchy???
