Frontier outage … 4th day
Hey everyone,
I’m on day 4 of no internet with Frontier and I’m starting to wonder if this is just me or if anyone else nearby is dealing with the same thing.
I’ve already gone through all the usual troubleshooting (rebooted the ONT, checked everything they asked me to check, etc.). My ONT has a red Alarm light and no PON light, and Frontier says it’s an off-site issue. They keep telling me the ticket has been escalated, but they can’t give me an ETA, and I haven’t seen anyone working on the lines in the area.
I’m in South Glastonbury. Is anyone else having issues, or has anyone had a similar outage recently? If so, how long did it take to get resolved?
At this point I’m mostly trying to figure out if it’s a neighborhood issue or if I’m just incredibly unlucky.
