"Knightdale Horse Sports is looking for a hands‑on, horse‑savvy store manager to run our brick‑and‑mortar + mobile tack shop. If you love equestrian life and great customer service, this is a fun, community‑focused role."

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Manage a small team (4–6 staff)
• Keep the store running smoothly day‑to‑day
• Deliver genuinely great customer service to riders, parents, beginners, pros 0everyone
• Drive + set up the mobile tack trailer at local barns & events
• Help shape the store with real autonomy (owners are supportive but not micromanagers)

🐎 What We’re Looking For

• Strong equestrian background (English or Western - ideally both)
• Comfortable talking about all disciplines
• Retail management or similar experience
• Able to multitask, delegate, and stay organized
• Physically able to handle trailer setup, hauling, event days, etc.

💰 Pay & Benefits

• $20/hr base (overtime at $30/hr)
• Performance‑based raises + bonuses (no cap)
• PTO + 6–10 paid holidays
• 1 week PTO after year 1, increasing yearly up to 2 weeks
• 401(k) with 4% match
