Noise gate on audio?
I am getting used to this phone, not too bad all in all! My main gripe is that I love listening to music but there seems to be a permanent noise gate filtering out the quiet parts of the music. This is especially noticeable for songs with fade ins and classical music where there is a strong dynamic contrast. It will just cut off the audio if the volume is below a certain threshold and then fade back in once it gets above again. This also means that the very start of tracks has this fade in and you miss the initial note or hit.
I have looked in the audio settings but I can't find a solution. Is this just how the phone is? It isn't exclusive to certain apps either, it seems like an issue from the phone itself.
Wondering if anyone else has this problem and knows a solution.
