Is it normal to start dreaming about food?
Never done an extended fast, only around 36-48 hrs, but when I do fast I find myself dreaming at night about food. This normal? I don't think I've ever really eaten in dreams prior to this.

So I tend to be very picky with my grips on revolvers. I have tried a few so far on the ks6. What would be perfect is the factory "combat" grips that have the finger grooves but with an extra 0.5-1cm in girth front to back, and palm swells.
I've tried altemont and lok grips. The loc grips felt great size and shape wize, but I just really want some food furniture.
Altemont makes the perfect grip for my hands for a j-frame. Shown here second, but they don't make that variant for the k6s.
Are there any companies out there that a make a good girthy fat palm swell wood grips?
Are there any custom people I could look into to?
Cheers ;)
Posting in hopes that it will give me some accountability. I've only been able to go 36 hrs once so far. The last good handful of times I've tried I only made it to the 24 mark then caved.
Going for 36 hrs!

Noob here.
Chrome tanned leather. I've gotten the raised bands to a point I am happy with, but I haven't gotten the crease between the spine the cover down to where I'm happy, let alone consistent.
Currently I've got a bone folder (plastic) on its side with weight in it while glue dries.
What are some better methods for this step? Please advise.
Cheers.
This was my third attempt, the first two were functional but this one finally looks good. It's not professional grade but I don't care and I'm proud of it.
However I don't like the corners, advise on folding over the corners? Please Advise.
Cheers.
Have some skin stuff. Malechesia yeast, and some acne. Is there a general time frame recommended for the immune system and helping with skin health?
Please advise
Cheers
So when Rebinding going from a paperback to a hardback. Why can't I use the book as it, with the glossy soft cover as my end pages? Ie: not rip off the old cover, but just glue it up to the hard cover.
It is a gluing issue? Function? Etc.
Please advise.
New here.
From what I have found so far, most everything is showing using heat transfer vinyl. However I personally prefer the look of the stamped lettering.
Does the order matter for when I stamp it? Ie: can I glue up the spine/cover to the chipboard, then stamp. Or: do I have to do all the stamping first, then glue it up after?
Also: do I have to wet the leather first if it's already dyed?
Cheers! Please advise.
What's stopping me from just applying a layer of leather around a book that's already bound to a hardback and in good condition?
My current thought process would be to cut and apply a leather backing, wrap it around, then glue a new page (top page? Cover page? The one that attaches the text block to the hard cover) to cover the leather flaps and reattach the first page.
My only thought would be that it would add the thickness of the leather at the bottom of the book.
