What is the alternative to Mounjaro 15 mg (slow but steady weight gain +10kg over 14 months)
I am on Mounjaro since Nov 2023, my starting weight was 97kg (I am 154 cm tall) my maintenance dose is 15mg, my nadir weight was 51kg, that was maintained for around 6-8 months, since May 2025 I am slowly but steady gaining weight, while continuing taking Mounjaro 15 mg without changing doses or taking any breaks. My current weight is 62 kg, that don’t get me wrong is much better than 97 kg, but I am concerned with acceleration in weight gain. I am continuously taking care of my diet, nothing has changed on that front.
