If you’ve watched *Gen V* Season 2, you might know that Marie Moreau seems to have the ability to bring dead people back to life, as she apparently did with her sister and Thomas Godolkin. So, theoretically, she could bring Frenchie back as well. Also, if this was the showrunner’s intention, then it makes sense why they brought Marie Moreau and Jordan Li back in the same episode.
