Findings of my 30M husband's SA stated no sperm seen and our fertility doctor suggested to let him undergo an ultrasound to check the underlying cause. Our doctor prescribed meds, I think to improve my husband's fertility then after 2 weeks he will have to repeat SA. We got the ultrasound result and found out that he has bilateral varicocele but we are yet to have it checked with our doctor. Do you think my husband's sperm count will improve despite still having varicoceles?
