Its been over 48+ hrs w/o a scan. In the next 8 hrs it will have turned into 72+ hrs of no scan.

I called and tried to file a claim. They said no it can't be done we have a message saying next update will arrive at 1159pm.

Like bitch are you stupid? You're magically gonna get an update at midnight. This ain't fucking Cinderella.

I tried to explain to the rep thats its physically impossible for ground service to be driving for almost 3 days without stopping somewhere. The package is coming from the east coast and I'm the furthest out west in Cali. They had to have stopped somewhere at one of yours hubs between Illinois and Cali.

Just refuses to submit to common sense. Or even acknowledge the fact that either it missed a scan or its completely lost and won't look into it until the expected date delivery date.

These cunts always do this. Act like the package cannot be lost. Have multiple days of no updates. Then throw their hands up in the air like a smiling retard saying I don't know what happened. I've never lost a package with any carrier besides them. And its always the same pattern. Waste my fucking time after the package doesn't show up. We're investigating. Which is just two weeks of them scratching and sniffing their balls and circle jerking each other at wherever the hell they are.
