I have had 6 packages get lost in transit, each of which have been 2nd day air with shipping insurance. All get lost in the sorting facilities of the state they are getting shipped from, never even coming to my state. One of which was an extremely valuable/necessary part for my vehicle (which I then had to pay for anyway as I need a vehicle to live in the US). Abysmal. Outsourced and lazy reps on the support lines, being told lies by support. “You need to file a claim to have the sorting warehouse find your package” then when I go to file the claim I am told by the website I can’t because the package is in transit. What the fuck is this company dude? Why would anyone *choose* this over literally any other company who can actually track a package and facilitate information correctly. To all who see this I suggest the same. Private equity destroyed this. RIP

okay i’m genuinely at a loss, i woke this morning delivery date was today (may 21st) and i go to check it 2 hours later and now it’s may 22nd and still out for delivery? is this just some weird error on their end. i’m so confused. i keep trying to sign for the package digitally too and it doesn’t seem like it’s working. i need to know what day it’s actually coming because i have to sign for this package. let me know if yall can think of anything

I got a notice from pirateship for a UPS carrier adjusted weight. This one came without any adjusted dimensions or weight, neither was changed. So UPS decided that the label I bought was good enough anymore and charged me 83 more cents "just 'cause"?

I have a package coming today. I need this package before leaving for a trip, had to postpone a day already due to my Next Day Air delivery getting a weather delay. Usually my UPS stuff doesn’t come till really late in the evening. I can see the truck is a few minutes from my house but due to his route will still be a long time before arrival. Would it be strange to go over there with my ID/order info and ask for the package? Don’t want to violate policy or come off as a total weirdo

I am probably overthinking this 🤣 Our UPS driver’s truck just leaked a lot of oil in our driveway. I am NOT upset about this at all lol, not looking to complain or anything, but should I somehow try to track bro down and let him know his truck is leaking?? It’s a LOT, like 5 spots about 3 feet wide a piece, going all the way down the driveway as if it was pouring out while he was moving 😬 Looks like it could potentially cause him some problems. Would yall want somebody to know? Should I call UPS and have them let the guy know?? I would hate for him to throw a rod going down the highway or something

Bought a label through paypal for 16 dollars that my scale said was 5, 8 (I added a few ounces actually just to be safe).

Just got hit with a 17 dollar charge because UPS claims it was actually 5 lbs (EXACTLY 5 lbs mind you).

Even if my scale were that much off, and even if it just so happened to be exactly 5 lbs, surely going from 4, 8 to 5 even doesn't constitute a doubling in the price of the label????

This just feels like a shakedown.

Very disappointing experience with UPS. My Apple replacement iPhone package was marked as delivered, but the box arrived tampered with and empty. The phone was urgently needed for my daughter’s diabetes glucose monitoring.

This same issue happened to me in December 2025, and no meaningful action was taken. There have also been similar reports in Augusta and Evans, Georgia, where packages are damaged, opened, and electronic items are missing.

UPS needs to take this issue seriously and improve package security to prevent theft and tampering.

Customer typed in address when ordering, we copy/paste into Worldship. $60 mistake not to correct spacing. Justified? Address is not wrong...

There is nothing I can do about this, is there? Sometimes they’ll leave it at a UPS store, but mostly it’s this mom and pop shop that has short open hours and closed on weekends. Sucks for me, pretty much? They don’t even open until 10am so I can’t go before work and they close at 5pm in the middle of Koreatown Los Angeles so tough to get there by then

Also are the bids sudden? Like do drivers just bid last minute or it’s a lengthy process?

Has anyone actually been successful getting a refund from ups? They blew past their dates in December, said a refund would be processed, I kept calling about it, they said it would be processed in April, still don’t have it. Called today, they said their system is down and can’t check status. I asked for a supervisor and have been on hold for nearly an hour now. It’s like they are programmed to be useless so you give up. My colleague had an issue and the credit card company had to get him his refund. What terrible, unreliable, unethical operation this company has.
