iPhone was Out for Delivery, then changed to Delay — anyone had this happen?
Ordered an iPhone 16e from Metro. UPS originally showed Out for Delivery, but later changed to Delay / On the Way and it hasn’t moved for a few days.
Metro support just keeps telling me to wait.
Has anyone had this happen before? Did the package eventually arrive, or did you have to get a refund/dispute the charge?
