Been thinking about trying Metro after my Visible discount ends . Was curious if the tablet plan truly is unlimited? Use my tablet as my main device for watching content & to create invoices at convention . Can easily use over 200gb a month on my tablet . Been looking at the $25 & unlimited premium data plans . Do you have to get the tablet plan in store only?
10000% yes! I never post in here but I wanna share with you guys, metro T-Mobile is literally T-Mobile but cheaper. I’d started with T-Mobile and for two lines I was expecting to be charged maybe 120-130 bucks for my plan, which was the cheapest I could get with unlimited texting and calling. The bill ended up being 160$ and because I was a couple days late the billing next month was 170$. Apparently there was “extra fees and charges” no one told me about. long story short I switched to Metro. 25$ per line (50$ per month) and no extra fees or charges with unlimited calling and texting. That was when I brought my number over to them. So if you’re paying too much for your phone, Metro literally saved me.

Galaxy S21 5G on Esim for the past 4 years, all going well. 2 nights ago I lost cell service out of the blue. No Bars!! Phone will only work on wifi. Calls, texts and MMS will only work while on wifi. I called customer service TWICE, after going through the usual steps, reset data, airplane mode, the usual..THEY BOTH hung up on me claiming that they couldn't hear me. (I called from my home phone BTW). Against my religion, I went into a Physical Store. The lady told me that my esim active but my phone was Old 😐. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. (I like my S21 5G 😮💨)
I am at wit's end. I have tried for over a month just to pay my damn phone bill and it rejects all of my cards every single time. Has anyone found a solution to this? Ive talked to both my bank and Metropcs customer service and they both keep giving me the runaround and saying its not their fault.
Hello, I've been a loyal Metro customer for a year and a half, maybe two years, but due to work I moved to Canada and I really don't want to lose my number. I want to report that this page no longer works as it used to and makes payments difficult for those of us who are outside the country. For example, my card has a Canadian postal code to avoid payment problems.But now with the new system, it won't let me make a single payment, not even a minimum amount, even though my details are correct except for the postal code, which is ridiculous.
Makes no sense. For the 16e for $99. I’m porting from another carrier. I’m choosing the $50 plan. Then it tells me the phone is $299. Which is another more expensive promotion they have, it won’t let me get the $99 deal when I know I qualify. It just goes to the most expensive deal. Any ideas why this is? It does it for any phone. It automatically goes to the most expensive promotion
I have been with metro since 2013. Currently paying $77 a month for 2 phone lines and 1 tablet line. The phone deal promo is $50 for first line and $25 for additional line. I pay less than $5 for the tablet line each month. How can I get the iPhone 16e for the promo price. I don't care about getting the giftcard.

Hi everybody! I’m planning to bring multiple phones to Metro but have some issue with two of the phone’s imei with their network compatibility checker.
A bit of background is that these two phones are both iPhone 13 Pro Max but it was bought outside the US so it’s probably missing the n71 band and hence why It may not be in the data base. However, we’re on T-Mobile prepaid and it still works fine with n41 and LTE and we do understand the limitation but still want to proceed.
I contacted Metro support online and the agent said that i would need to bring the phone to the store to have it scanned into the inventory and then the phone will show up as compatible with the network and i could continue online. The thing is that i heard some pretty bad thing about the store and the agent reassure me that I don’t necessarily need to active the service for that to be done and that I can ask the store to add it onto Metro’s system and then do everything online.
I was just wondering if anybody have this issue before and y’all’s take on whether I should go to the store or not.

I didn't realize that the SIM was needed for the tablet to be set up.
Thankfully I hadn't thrown it away so I was able to give it to the buyer.
I paid for one month of service when I bought the tablet then let the service lapse.
I am guessing that if the SIM lets the tablet "phone home to T-Mobile".
Hello all, i've been on metro for a couple years now and recently have noticed that on some weeks my wife gets addition coupons that I dont, we are on the same plan and my line s the primary if it makes any difference. This week she received a kfc meal coupon that I did not. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
So when I got on the $25 plan I was told I had to have a Metro PCS phone for it to work.
I just tried to activate an unlocked phone and it told me I would have to switch off the plan. However if I use the IMEI number from a Metro specific phone it seems like it will go through.
Is anyone running this plan on an unlocked phone? Is it something you have to call and haggle with customer service about or is it not possible?
So, I spent a week trying to get the Google One promotion to activate with my google account associated with my MetroPCS phone number with no luck.
The only thing they kept sending me was the same text message link to their website that never worked.
Has anyone been successful in getting it working with their existing Google account by any chance?
Never used it before, used it this time since my paycheck cycle is messed up after jail. It went through, the button to do it is gone, but there's not even a little message or anything saying I got it, and it still says payment suspended. I still can't text or call. I just did this 10 minutes ago, do I have to wait for business hours or something?

This wifi we got 3 days ago got its password changed just now and it will not show up on any of my devices right now.
It uses a metro by T-Mobile sim, and i will be seeing if i can call customer care in the afternoon

Be careful giving MetroPCS your information for a phone number port. I am the victim of an orphan number port and they will not give it to me or escalate the complaint or anything. I am contacting the FCC but its just because I love to waste my time.
