Package only had an arrival scan never a departure from the Montana facility and is is supposed to be delivered tomorrow here in Miami. Is it as good as lost?

What the title says. Looking to use one app for everything but want to know if anyone has the connect plus subscription and if anything else on there is worth the annual fee. For reference I have a Garmin Quatix 8
