grownups like summer camp too....

it's my understanding that this series was made more for kids? Most of the items are kidcentric bottles and food containers.

That being said, they decided to include the 20 oz tumblers in the mix. When I saw this at Bass pro I just couldn't help myself.

Hope they have more stuff lined up like this. Especially for low balls which I'm never afraid to add additional of to my collection.

I geeked out

Got the Camino 20 and 35, M20 and Hopper 12. Also got the Royal Blue packing cubes! Planning on getting the Hopper 18 and Sidekick on Tuesday’s release!

What Am I Missing about the M20?

I purchased the Hopper M20 backpack cooler about a year ago, and 1 year in I have been more frustrated it with anything. I'll admit it looks very cool for a soft cooler, which was one of the primary things that drove me to it initially. However, after about 20+ uses later, my primary gripes have been:

  • The opening and shape of the M20 make for a relatively hard time packing, as compared to the rest of the Hopper line (as well as the prior Backflip model).
  • The buckles make it feel secure, but are a pain in the butt to undo and redo each time you are wanting a drink.
  • It's surprisingly heavy when filled. Even with its padded back, I don't think it's something I'd ever take on a hike or even a trip with a long walk.
  • Storage is minimal, with not even a side pocket for drinks. I get you can attach a sidekick to it, but I want a relatively minimal cooler design.
  • Lastly, the insulation is not as impressive as I would have hoped. When pre-cooling with ice packs and stuffing it to the top, ice starts melting after 1 day. Similar prep process for my Roadie 24 maintains ice for twice as long

Overall, I plan to sell my cooler for a hopper or a used backflip. I get the gripes with the zipper, but I'll take that any-day over the buckles + quirky opening design.

Please let me know if anyone has had a difference experience with this cooler, or if maybe I'm using it for the wrong purpose. Definitely understand many on here have loved this cooler, which is the reason for my post.

2024 tundra 45 drain plug cap issue

Is this amount of condensation normal on the outside of the drain plug cap and on the floor ? I’ve had about 20-25 pounds of ice and 11 cans of chilled soda in it for 2 days now and it’s been pretty hot here in NY. I’ve also felt some condensation on the side area around the drain plug cap. My tundra is from 2024 but is in brand new condition and I’ve only owned it for 3 weeks . Thanks

A great pairing with Yeti gear? Modl tie downs.

Picked some of these up to keep in a to go emergency kit, but am using them to tie our drinks to our Caminos for pool days.

24oz mugs discontinued?

The yeti 24oz mugs are no longer on yeti's website. So either they're discontinuing them or launching a new version??

Anyone heard anything?

Another leaking M20 Hopper

Saw what looked like a breached liner after a July 4th beach weekend (cans and ice only). Confirmed it from other posts here so adding my experience for posterity. These pics are after leaving it open for almost a day. Didn’t seem to dry out at all yet.

I filed a warranty claim but really love this color so may just live with it.

Swimming with Gobox 1

Is there a chance that it would be release in a camo color?

What is your favorite cooler?

What is your favorite cooler size and why? What do you use it for? I want to get my first cooler struggling to know which to get.

Family of 5 in MI. Probably using for beach trips, sports games and eventually a bigger one for camping!

The Yeti Palo 32L is on Amazon.

Question is: who is this for? It says “YETI Palo 32L Active Backpack, Large Water-Resistant Daypack with 15" Laptop Sleeve, Shoe Pocket, Padded Straps, Load Lifters for Work, Gym, Travel”.

To me it almost sounds like a Ranchero Lite or something? I’ve made a post asking about the Ranchero for like a work/EDC/gym bag. It seems like this one fits those boxes and it a couple of liters bigger. Thoughts? I’m assuming these will start rolling around on YouTube soon?

Blue and Orange team Colors?

Bought this years ago from a forum member for cheap, nice that it's so discernable, little less worried about theft.

Most people assume its for UF (Florida) but I think it was a sports team from further north? It's a 50(?)qt and had no decals, yeti sent me a replacement seal, logo, and handles with a quick email, didn't even have to cover shipping.

Logo discoloration issue

Does anyone else keep getting this logo discoloration issue where the color of the cup seems to bleed into the logo? I bought it this way and I’m not mad but I’ve seen it quite often recently.

Really need to stop doing this…

A coworker pointed out that once again, I have an Alani that matches my Yeti. 🤦🏼‍♀️

USA all day! 🇺🇸

The collection has grown from last year! Hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July! We will be staying cool in the pool and with many ice cold beverages!! 🇺🇸

Side note: All of these purchases and still Yeti has never sent us anything but the standard stickers. What do we have to do to get a cool set of stickers?!
