For some reason, when I turn the ANC to level 5, the right earbud plays this very high pitched sound that genuinely hurts my ear and I have to lower it to level 4. The left one does it too if I adjust it while it's in my ear.

I have tried different fits and connected devices with no luck, I just wanted to know if anyone else have experience the same issue? I have contacted their support where I'm waiting for a response. Hopefully it's a hardware issue and they can replace them for me.

Other gripe with these earbuds; for some reason they can only adjust the volume in 10 steps at a time on my Galaxy S26 Ultra... This means the volume is constantly too low or too loud. I can't find a way to change this behavior. I've also contacted support about this, hopefully it can be fixed with a firmware update, other earbuds and headphones I have does not have this issue.

Otherwise I'm super impressed with these earbuds, even with the ANC on level 4, they're really good at blocking out noise.
