Help! Problems before&after factory reset
So I am a noob when it comes to this kind of stuff. I recently encountered a problem with the game Arc Raiders: it would crash during the shader preloading. When I tried to restart the game it would crash again, then I tried to load it from steam and it would say that the game was already open. So I looked into task manager but no traces of the game. Then task manager would crash when I tried to close it.
I then tried:
- to uninstall and reinstall the game
- to refresh all drivers
- restart the pc
- gave it a couple of weeks of no use just to see if it accidentally would work again
- to factory reset (because I read that it could be a problem with Easy Anti Cheat, the crash code referred to that)
Now I've completely reset the pc and I still have the same problems. On top of that, while trying to figure out what the problem could be the pc crashed while I was running an antivirus. And task manager, before crashing when I tried to close it, showed 36% use of memory, but 0% on all the others. I'm a bit concerned it could be a hardware problem, since I recently moved. But all the specs seemed ok. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
