r/Hsinmains has literally banned Rover x Hsin content. People seem okay with Qingxiao and Yang-Yang having their "romantic" moments woven into the main quests, but for Hsin I've gotten alot of hate for wanting it. Despite me begging Kuro for a fox lady like Hsin, and for her to be into Rover, since patch 1.1 and she is by far Kuro's most beautiful character they've ever made! I got 500+ pulls waiting for her.
I haven't dared to watch her shorts on YT yet though.

Is anyone else very disappointed with the affection episodes of Merlin and Ran? Design-wise, those two are my favorites and got me into this game. But Ran's episodes have no romance in them at all. Their touch lines are the only lines they have that even hint at something romantic. Especially Merlin.

And Merlin's last episode teases it when Ethan has to charm her. But even if you pick the "right" option, he messes up and sleeps in the barn. Then it just ends. They also don't have costumes for the more spicy episodes like Estheria has, after hers are cold and platonic.

Even someone like Flame Kay that seems almost yandere about Ethan in her inn and touch quotes, has such platonic affection episodes where she's mostly gushing about Elizabeth. It feels wrong to call it "affection" when the episodes you unlock are so short and platonic for alot of the waifus. Though some will imply Ethan has sex with them, like Morgan Le Fey.

I also find it very annoying how Elizabeth in the main story is the only one Ethan gets intimate with and is nice to. All other infinitely hotter characters get treated with anger or fear by him. But the main story will take breaks just for Ethan and Elizabeth to bond.

It's such a shame they wasted such great waifu designs. The game already has alot of sexy fan-service designs and the story features things like Goblins kidnapping women to breed more Goblins, or cat-folk being enslaved and blood sacrificed in the hundreds. But even non-story romance is too much to ask apparently?

Event stories so far are also very platonic and short. It's very disappointing.

I've been gone for a few months due to IRL stuff. But as I've caught up with Wuwa I find out about Hsin appearing in the story and her interactions with Rover.

I'm rather heartbroken that Kuro made her so cold towards and dislike Rover so much. I've been playing since day 1, and for every single survey I've added that I want a mature model Fox woman to be close with Rover. I even have nearly 500 pulls saved just for her and planned on making her my first ever S6. I absolutely love Fox women in media, they are my favorites!

I was so hyped for 3.5 and onwards to see her character. But now I'm just dreading the entire thing. Atleast two patches of her being cold and distant, and 3.7 on her release seems bleak. I'm afraid we might just end up with her not having a character outside of being a burdened sentinel and won't be bonding with the current Rover at all. Least of all having any genuine flirty or intimate moment like Yang-Yang and Sui Sui already have had.

Kuro really delivered on Hsin's design, she's by far the most beautiful character in the game. Everything about her design is just absolute peak! She's the character design I've been hoping for since day 1 of Wuwa!
I don't understand designing her to be this attractive, even having camera work during cutscenes to show her off, only to have her push Rover away.

I really hope they have something planned to bring her and Rover closer, atleast to the level of romantic hints like some other characters get. Otherwise I'm gonna quit this game that I've been playing and supporting from the very beginning.

I really like how Kuro brought up in several different ways to note that Lucilla feels lonely. And even wishes for romance in her trailer.

Rover is the first one that can match up with her and is on her level. She even breaks down and opens up towards Rover. Sure, we never get dates like Denia, Mornye, Sigrika,Chisa(Literally all the flat chested characters) but she shared her secrets with Rover. Lucilla is strong, but bears a heavy burden that's taken it's toll on her.

I hope her Intimacy quotes are even better with Rover. Her design is gorgeous and I really like her caring and compassionate character. Hiyuki, the teachers and many students would've been far worse off without Lucilla. It's so good that Rover can be the one to relate and be her support.

It's great how Kuro can make interesting characters that also have feelings for the self insert MC. Similar to how Nikke and Azur Lane manage it.

I've been unable to play for awhile, so I only got around to finishing the Lahai-roi story recently. Hiyuki's design is so beautiful and her gameplay is badass!

The intimate moment she shared with Rover before the Aleph-1 fight was so good! She even appeared to be envious of how wise and willful Rover is. Helping her understand what it means to be a "Savior" and to not stand alone. The way she talks about Rover to Gyokuro was such a sweet moment.

I feared Kuro had started to hate the more mature female characters being close to Rover(as seeing with Lucille being so weirdly platonic) but Hiyuki ended up bonded with Rover and I love it! It's such a shame the main subreddit for Wuwa is filled with weirdos that think a female character can't have feelings for Rover and have a good character story at the same time. Like it's somehow mutually exclusive.

It's such an insult to great characters and good writing. Wuwa isn't even as explicit as PGR is when it comes to romance, but they build it up properly. Cantarella is one of the best gacha characters there is and she was very forward with her feelings for Rover. Hiyuki is less forward due exactly to her more kuudere personality and what she's been through!

I can't wait to max our her Intimacy and check her quotes!

It's so weird to me how an entire showcase of her is all about her idea on how a student can get her crush to like her. Focusing on how perfect Lucilla is as a romantic partner for a guy.

Only for there to be nothing between her and Rover. Maybe only the vague cat comment at the end.

It's like Kuro is fully aware that their fandom wants the gathering wives moments. But characters like Lucilla who have the tall and busty models are specifically denied it. While we're drowning in the flat/mid chested short ones like Mornye and Chisa that get all the romantic moments and personal ties to Rover.

It's extremely frustrating to say the least.

For some reason, after Cantarella. Kuro has been making sure characters like Zani, Hiyuki and just recently, Lucilla. Are all written to not be too close to Rover.

While every other character gets atleast one very close/intimate/romantic moment or connection with Rover.

The only difference in these characters is that they are the few with well-endowed bossoms. But why would Kuro design them that way only ro single them out to be weirdly platonic or distant towards Rover?

I've tried to ask on multiple other social medias. But people get upset and aggressive towards me for asking. I've been playing since day one, but I must be missing something.

Cantarella has the most close and borderline romantic moment in the game tied with Shorekeeper. But while Shorekeeper is always seen as Rover's wife, Cantarella is either ignored or hated on. Which I don't understand as she's extremely well written as a character.

There's just one difference between these two as noted before. But I'd be very suprised if both Kuro and alot of western fans dismiss or deny these characters being close to Rover, just for having a larger cup size.

If it's so not all female characters are into Rover, then why only the well-endowed ones are denied? Hate on the flat chested ones too then.
