Any Twiist users here switched from Minimed? I’m having a lot of issues with their algorithm lately but unsure if I want to take such a hands on approach with Twiist’s settings requirements vs. Minimed’s approach of just let the pump do it for you. I’m also concerned about going from a 7 day wear to a 3 day wear.
I’m curious if anyone has made the switch from the current Minimed ecosystem and what your experience has been. I’m considering it, particularly because SmartGuard is hit or miss for me, but I have some specific reservations:
The Cleo infusion set and 3 day wear (I’m used to the 7 day extended wear)
Settings - this one is particularly nerve wrecking because I’ve been on Minimed so long that I don’t have my settings tuned in since it handles most of that on its own.
I’ve been on the Flex for about a week and a half now coming from a 780g. I recognize that the SmartGuard algorithm should be the same in both pumps but my control has been completely awful with this Flex.
Coming out of the 48 hour warmup period, I had horrible results, followed by okay results, and now back to horrible. My settings are the same.
Anyone else?
I'm looking for recommendations for a vacuum/mop combo. Budget is about $1K.
Most of the flooring is hard wood/tile with a two area rugs. I really want something that can mop exceptionally well, avoid obstacles, operate quietly, and be as self cleaning/low maintenance as possible.
Any guidance?
