A big thank you to u/CadillacGirl for sending me some of her glow in the dark powder! Although I think she was giggling to herself, saying, "I'm going to share my frustration with this stuff..." 😆

The first seal, I mixed it into vellum wax, which was the best attempt. The other two I mixed it with water and modge podge, when I attempted to paint it on the jellyfish the second one I attempted to paint it around the jellyfish, neither one I'm happy with. The Vellum turned out the best out of all of them. Won't be doing this again anytime soon😑😅

Sometimes, when my seal is not as glossy as I like, I will take a lighter to give it more shine. While I was attempting to do that with this seal I got it a little too close, and I got this weird, but what I think is also a neat result from the soot on the wax. Unfortunately, I melted my seal as well, LOL

Thanks to u/Aboricand who challenged me to a friendly competition on a scrape and pour. I'm so happy they did because I think I was able to get a good result. I really dislike doing that technique. We both like octopuses and have the same stamp, the right one. Also, thanks to u/CadillacGirl who is always sharing her knowledge with me on this technique.

A big thank you to u/CadillacGirl ! I received a care package with all these cute little packages filled with pretty confetti and glitter, I'm very excited to find a use for these they're all so pretty!

I wanted to show this in different lighting it's the same stamp products used were plain white paper underneath, pelargon glax Crystal Clear hot glue, and liquid wax dye on top. It took the wax dye a while to dry, about a day. It's pretty runny so there are some messes but I was just testing this technique.

The crab I had to get after seeing u/WhatAnAisling I painted mine with markers. The elephants I had ordered already. I will probably do cuttings with them, but I was in a hurry to play. I love how the book one and gems turned out. I was going for a pearl look on one and rose quartz on another. The rest I was just playing around.

The house was inspired by u/WhatAnAisling even though I'm still on the hunt for their winter scene house, which I absolutely love, this was the closest one I could find.

The journal stamp is a knockoff from Clover Loft that I found on AliExpress. While there is a loss of depth and detail on the knockoff and the engraving is not the same quality, I'm still happy with it overall because I knew what I was getting. The shipping was much cheaper as well. I still prefer the Clover Loft stamps but they're just not within my budget.

Both stamps were done by cutting.

I saw these cute light bulb silicone molds and I had to try them. I used hot glue and pigment powders on the clear ones and then I used pigment powders and wax on the darker ones. I also tried adding stuff inside of hot glue that did not work out well LOL! They are in varying sizes the small ones are roughly the size of a wax seal stamp so I think I'd be able to use them as a wax seal although I would have to partially fill the mold instead of filling it all the way as it is kind of deep

For the gem, crystals, and spider I used multicolored gilding sheets. For the gems below I used various types of Chrome Flakes and pigment powders.

I don't own the stamp but I had to share it because it's pretty damn creepy

I don't have any 4th of July stamps so I don't with a summer theme for my 4th of July cards.

I wanted to show these off in different lighting. outside in the sun, outside in the shade and inside. I had trouble videoing outside, I couldn't see my screen very well. I found at least one color that definitely looks good on white and that's the lunacy one, it looks kind of like opal on white. I like them all quite a bit.

While I was playing with my pigment powders I decided to try something I saw people that do resin. They dust their molds with pigment powders before pouring the resin in. I dusted my stamp with a small paintbrush with different colors. It definitely looks better on darker waxes. The first black stamp was only stamped once. The White stamp was done and then I had residual powder left in the stamp so I stamped it again in Black, that black stamp is not as pigmented as I would like but I wanted to see what would happen with the residual powder left in the stamp and not adding more. The white one definitely did not turn out good as the pigments don't show up good on a white color.

I was shown this this technique by three separate people, and I finally got to trying it. The first to show it to me was u/E-Skullery the second was u/CadillacGirl and the third was u/Veroamor

I was honored they all thought of me when they shared it and I'm happy they did! It was fun to do and I like the results. The first two on top turned out better than the bottom is the veneer shifted. The technique is to make a thin wax veneer and use multiple pigments on top and then pour, put the veneer on top warm it with a lighter and Stamp.

So I mixed the pink additive flakes with my white matte wax, and it worked out perfectly. I left it streaky on purpose as I wanted some color variant. Because these are two separate photos, the colors a little off the box with the white are more true to color. I also added some yellow drops to the already yellow matte wax, and it did make it a little brighter, so overall, I'm really happy with how this turned out. I bought the dyes to color my matte wax as I like more vivid colors normally. Neither one affected the matte finish.

In a previous post I said to not mess with the liquid candle color additive. I'm going to retract that statement it works perfectly fine with Vellum wax. The powdered shaving, whatever it is color additive for solid colors and probably the vellum I haven't tried it with the Vellum yet.

This is called jellywax or something like that anyway I had fun playing with it. I like the blue and green it kind of looks like Jade to me. In the later pictures, I mixed it with some of my white matte wax, and I like the marbling it did. The pink wax I made myself with some pink color additive, which is the last picture. I got tired of not being able to find a bright pink wax, and it is bright! These pictures don't show off how bright it is. And I can add as little or as much as I want.
