Real Estate Situation in Levittown now that 27.5% restriction is in place
I was told that recently the Town Of Hempstead voted to decrease the buildable area from 30 to 27.5 %. I also heard that it caused the developers and builders to pull out of Levittown. Then I heard from someone else that builders are still actively buying there. Which is true and what is the real estate climate in that area?
